| I purchased 3 GPS systems from Buy.com. When the cord on 2 of them literally melted within the first few uses, I contacted them for help. I was immediately sent a form to submit. I did and was told it had to be within the first 14 days to return or exchange it. I couldn't get anyone to help me figure out how to submit them to the company so I am going to contact the maker and try there. I was disappointed in their rigid and abrupt demeanor and will not purchase high-ticket items again because of this experience. |

| I ordered 11/30, one item came yesterday 12/16 and had another shipment today, but one item is missing from the package (listed on shipping label). Once I searched and found an 800 number held for over 30 minutes only to learn they will have to do a "lost shipment" claim for my item since it was listed "delivered", which will take 3-5 business days. Needless to say I will have to repurchase item (if I can find it) locally, to get something in time for Christmas next week. Never again, not worth the risk. |
